1. What we collect

• Account data — email, name, country, preferred currency.
• KYC data — government ID, selfie, document number and expiry, submitted only when you request a withdrawal.
• Trading activity — deposits, withdrawals, open and closed trades, balance changes.
• Technical data — IP address, device, browser, session identifier (used to log you out of older sessions for security).

2. Why we use it

To operate your account, process deposits and withdrawals, verify your identity for KYC, prevent fraud, comply with applicable law, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Who we share with

Service providers strictly necessary to run Quantex — our crypto payment gateway (Plisio), authentication and database providers, email senders and customer support tooling. Each is bound by confidentiality.

4. Retention

Account and KYC records are retained for as long as your account exists and for the period required by anti-money-laundering rules afterwards. You can request deletion of optional data at any time.

5. Cookies

We use a small number of strictly-necessary cookies and local-storage entries to keep you signed in and remember your preferences (theme, currency). We do not run advertising trackers.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct or export your personal data, and request deletion subject to legal retention requirements. Contact support from inside the app to make a request.

7. Security

Sensitive profile fields (KYC status, VIP tier, document number) are server-controlled. Every admin action is audit-logged. We strongly recommend enabling biometric login on mobile and using a unique password.
